Wine: Viña de Antoñín 2018
Varieties: 100% Pedro Ximénez.
Elaboration: Blended wine from different parcels of the Serra de Montilla, of Superior Quality, made with grapes of the Pedro Ximénez variety from old vines grown in glass from the areas of Rio Frío Alto and Macho Hill. In each plot, the grapes have been used, either directly pressed and fermented in jars, or alternatively, previously trampled and fermented in open buckets. In all cases, with subsequent resting in the same jar, of 150@ and 300@ under flower veil for 8 months.
