Elaboration: Vinification of both varieties separately, with destemming, prefermentative maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for about 6 months. Bottling and maturing in the bottle before going on the market.
