Elaboration: Manual harvest and with boxes of 20 kg. Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tank for 21 days Grenache and 25 days Carignan.
Grenache aged for 24 months in French oak barrels and Carignan in American oak, with malolactic fermentation in the same barrels. Soft filtering. Due to its elaboration and aging, it can produce sediments.
Service: Serve between 14 and 16ºC. Prior settling.
Pairing: Due to its structure and complexity, it will harmonize very well with powerful and persistent dishes. Pork, lamb and goat, hunting, beef will harmonize perfectly with the structure and persistence of ‘Terces’ of Mas Sersal Wines.
Curiosity: With the three best barrels from the 2014 vintage, this exclusive wine has been made in magnum format (1.5 liters). The Terces magnum is the result of a special coupage in which the three best wines made in our winery have been selected.
