Elaboration: Harvested by hand in the Finca de Yergo vineyard on clay soils, at an altitude of 550 meters above sea level. Subsequently, the wine is kept on its lees for six months, half in stainless steel tanks and the other half in 225-liter French oak barrels.
Service: Serve between 8 and 10ºC.
Pairing: White meats, pasta and vegetables.
