Introduction: Tebaida is the first wine from our highest plots, located at an altitude of 800 meters. Here the floors are composed of large stones, coexisting in them slates and quartz that provide a lot of minerality. In this wine we want to show the freshness of the Bierzo and the mineral character that has given so much fame to our region. For this to happen in each new vintage, we meticulously take care of the way the vineyards work, adapting as quickly as possible to the corresponding climate year and therefore varying the way we work. The aim is, as always, to get the best raw material, with the addition that we also want to represent the uniqueness of Berciano wine. This Tebaida comes from precision viticulture, organic vineyards and manual harvesting. The vineyards that bring their grapes to this wine are south-facing, which facilitates the ripening of the grapes in cooler years. The grapes from centuries-old vineyards are used to make it, which allows the contribution of this unique soil to be greater.
