Elaboration: Manual harvest and collection in boxes of 20 kg. Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. 40% of wine has aged for five months in French and American oak barrels. Clarified, cold stabilized, and gently filtered before bottling.
Service: Serve between 14 and 16ºC.
Pairing: Being a medium-aged wine, the predominance of fresh fruit and its good level of acidity, make it a very versatile wine, combines very well with soft meats of poultry, rabbit and pork . Fatty fish and pasta.
Musical pairing: We recommend tasting the wine listening to the song “Qui n’ha begut”.
