Varieties: Red Grenache and Xarel·lo.
Age:Vineyards planted in 1982 and 1964, respectively. Planted on calcareous soils and frank texture (balance between silt and sand) from 180 to 260 meters high.

Designation of Origin: Penedès
Elaboration: First, partial carbonic co-fermentation with wild yeasts. Aged for 4 months in a clay amphora and finally for 5 months in a 500L French oak barrel CF. No sulfites added until bottling, unfiltered or clarified.
Viticulture: Vineyards cultivated following the principles of Mediterranean organic dryland agriculture and also the lunar cycles.
Production: 812 bottles.
Service: Serve at 8ºC.
