History: The reserve was the first wine that Fernando Remírez brought to market and since then it has been regularly maintained in its excellent line of quality.

Climate: Atlantic with Mediterranean influences.
Elaboration: Like all the wines in the winery, its elaboration takes care of every last detail, from the vineyard to the selection of corks. And the result is evident in this complex and harmonious wine with great personality that so well reflects the terroir from which it comes. In short, a great wine that will surely delight the most demanding.

In its elaboration grapes are used mainly of the tempranillo variety with a small contribution of graciano (5%) plus a 5% of skins of viura and malvasia that add fragrant sparks of elegance. The grapes from the vines over 60 years old are, of course, harvested by hand in 12 kg boxes and refrigerated on arrival at the winery. Then, only the best grains from the shoulders of the grapes will pass the demanding test of the selection table, which will allow them to be part of the fermentation. This process takes place, in a combined way, in small stainless steel tanks and in 7000 liter French oak vats; the subsequent malolactic fermentation will take place in new barrels, as well as their aging for 26 months.

Service: Serve between 17 and 18ºC.
Pairing: Sheep cheeses, grilled mushrooms and beef ragout.
