Varieties: 50% Tempranillo and 50% Merlot.

Elaboration: Manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation. Aged for three months in French oak barrels.
Service: Servie between 6 – 8ºC.
Pairing: Fish tartare, broth rice and fideuà, risotto with morels and foie and grilled sardines.
