History of wine: The history of this wine dates back to the birth of Javier Cremades de Adaro in 1924. A wine enthusiast, whose dream has always been to make wines unique and faithful to the land. After a long and tireless search, he found in the historical places of the Real Sitio de Ventosilla estate, the ideal place to cultivate vineyards and build the PRADOREY winery.
Elaboration: Manual harvest. Red wine aged for twelve months in French and Slovenian oak barrels. Finally, it rests for another three months in a wooden cone from Nevers.
Service: Serve between 15 – 17ºC.
Pairing: Red meats, roasts and hunting meat.
