Introduction to wine: Paxareiras is an estate wine from the plot of the same name in Cuñas, the central area of the Avia valley and the heart of the Ribeiro. With vines over 20 years old today, the vineyard has more than 800 years of history, since in the middle of the 12th century the abbot of San Clodio ordered the conversion of the Cuñas mountains into vineyards.

Elaboration: Made in the traditional way with a blend of the most representative red varieties of Ribeiro, only a selected barrel is put on the market in the years in which the balance ensures its durability. Aged for 14 months in used French oak barrels. Aging in bottle for at least 14 months.
