Elaboration: Ancestral method. Direct pressing without destemming. Spontaneous fermentation in 500L French oak barrels. Bottled on October 8, 2018. No sulphites added during the process or filtering or clarifying.
Viticulture: Macabeo from Noguer Baix planted in 1974, located on the property of Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs in the region of Alt Penedès. North-facing plot of calcareous soils and frank texture (balance between silts and sands). Cultivated following the principles of biological agriculture and moon cycles. Vinified and bottled entirely on our property.
