Varieties: 50% Syrah and 50% Tintilla de Rota.
Wine history: From the planting of the vineyards, the selection of varieties, the perfectionism in the processes of vinification and aging, in Tesalía everything has been done to create the “grand cru” of Andalusia. The main focus has been to create wines of exceptional quality and style that show concentration, elegance, complexity, balance, length and nobility as they age. Ready for immediate consumption but will grow over the next ten years.
Elaboration: Aged in French oak barrels for five months.
Service: Serve between 15 – 17ºC.
