Elaboration: The grapes were collected in boxes and transferred to the cellar in refrigerated trucks to preserve their integrity. After a gentle peeling and treading, the musts passed to
the tanks where they did the alcoholic fermentation for 17 days. Then, the selected batches completed malolactic fermentation naturally at 75 days. In June 2012, the selected wines were transferred to 4.5-year-old American oak barrels, where they remained for four years. During their aging, they were shaken eight times by the traditional method, from barrel to barrel. The final blend was bottled in November 2016.
Service: Serve at 17ºC.
Pairing: Main dishes, all kinds of meats and stews and desserts with chocolate icing. Ideal as a dessert glass.
