Varieties: 95% Tempranillo, 2% Carignan and 3% Graciano.

Elaboration: The selected grapes were harvested manually in boxes that were transferred to the cellar with refrigerated transport. After being gently peeled and trodden, the wines were slowly fermented. Once completed, the best batches were transferred to barrels where they were aged for 6 years with 10 traditional transfers, during which we make new selections by passing to the final blend only 199 barrels that were bottled in March 2012 to 57,036 bottles of ¾ and 1,312 Magnums. In order to preserve the aromatic components as much as possible, this wine has not been filtered.

Service: Serve at 17ºC.

Pairing: Delicate dishes with mild sauces. Meat stews with herbs. Chocolate dessert. Ideal for the table.
