Distilled using the traditional method in a handmade copper still, called Rufino. Rawal Barcelona Organic Dry Gin is made with eleven top quality organic botanicals.

Using very careful proportions, our friend Rufino delights us with a distillate where juniper berries provide the essential and familiar character that we find in a gin, bringing refreshing notes of pine leaves and a slight bitterness that contributes to a dry finish to the palate.

A fine distillate where the sweet notes are balanced with the bitter ones and the warmth of the spices with the floral softness. All rounded off by a refreshing splash of sea.
