Varieties: Macabeu and Xarel·lo.
Elaboration: Traditional method. Long-aged sparkling wine (100 months). First, they make a base wine with the mixture of varieties, ferment it in stainless steel tank, and spend 8 months in barrel and stainless steel. It undergoes a second fermentation on lees in bottle for 8 and a half years.
