Viticulture: Unique plot of Garnatxa Negra planted by mass selection on slate terraces that climb up to 730 meters above sea level. The soil is slate from the Carboniferous era, poor and with low water retention, which gives the grapes a unique mineral texture and uniqueness. Orientation Northeast capturing the fragile morning light. Plot replanted in 1986, it was part of a historic agricultural structure started by Carthusian monks in the middle of the 12th century.

Aging: Twelve months in 500 liter French oak barrels.
