Varieties: 60% Macabeo, 30% Malvasia and 10% Xarel·lo.
Elaboration: 25 days in a stainless steel tank and 4 months of aging with lees.
Viticulture: Organic viticulture in the conversion of vineyards over 30 years old. All the vineyards are located in the Costers de l’Ordal subzone.
Macabeo area: (320 m), comprised of 3 plots of 5 ha from 320 to 420 meters above sea level on calcareous soils, gravel and limestone nodules.
Malvasia area: (320 m), comprised of 1 plot of 2.5 ha in the Garraf Massif subzone, 350 meters above sea level on nodules of calitx.
Xarel·lo area: (235 m), comprised of 1 plot of 1.2 ha at an altitude of 235 meters above calcareous shales.
