Wine: Camí dels Xops
Varieties: Macabeu and Xarel·lo.
Elaboration: Ancestral method. Direct pressing without destemming. Spontaneous fermentation in old French oak barrels of 225L and stainless steel tank. No sulphites added during the process or filtering or clarifying.
Viticulture: Macabeu and Xarel·lo from plots neighboring the property of Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs, following the Camí dels Xops in the Alt Penedès region. Plots of calcareous soils and frank texture (balance between silt and sand) from 180 to 260 meters high. Cultivated following the principles of biological agriculture and moon cycles. Vinified and bottled entirely on our property.
