History of wine: Ausàs Interpretación is the new wine of the former winemaker from Vega Sicília and advisor to other renowned wineries, Xavier Ausàs, in Quintanilla de Onésimo. The result of 25 years of work in renowned international wineries, together with the knowledge of the different sub-areas of the Ribera del Duero, have led to this new project in which Xavier Ausàs has been working side by side with friends and trusted winemakers.
Age of the vineyard: 40 years.

Elaboration: 16 months of aging in French oak barrels, new and used.
