Viticulture: Organic viticulture. Mosaic of 32 plots that express the heterogeneity and uniqueness of the different subzones of the Penedès through the three great varieties of the area.
– Macabeo included in 14 plots that add up to 16.5 ha between the Costers de l’Ordal and Massís del Garraf subzones. Between 320 and 420 meters above sea level on calcareous soils, gravel and limestone nodules.
– Xarel·lo comprised of 6 plots totaling 10.2 ha between the subzones Conca de l’Anoia and Conca del Foix. Between 220 and 340 meters high on calcareous clays and pebbles.
– Parellada from 4 plots totaling 6.4 ha in the Serra d’Ancosa within the municipality of La Llacuna. Ranging from 580 to 670 meters above sea level on siliceous sandstones.
