Varieties: 60% Syrah, 30% Tintilla de Rota, 8% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon.
History of wine: From the planting of vineyards, the selection of varieties, perfectionism in the processes of vinification and aging, in Thessaly everything has been done to create the “grand cru” of Andalusia. The main focus has been to create wines of exceptional quality and style that show concentration, elegance, complexity, balance, length and nobility as they age. Ready for immediate consumption but will grow over the next ten years.

Elaboration: ARX comes from plot number 1 of Syrah, plot no. 2 of Tintilla de Rota, plot no. 10 of Petit Verdot and plot number 3 of Cabernet Sauvignon. All of them have a north-easterly orientation, under the influence of easterly winds and on very steep slopes where the grapes are perfectly shaded and airy for perfect ripening. The harvest is done manually and at night, to take advantage of low temperatures. As for the elaboration, we carried out the cold pre-fermentative maceration for four days to preserve the color, aroma and flavor of the grapes, fermenting the varieties separately for approximately between 20 or 25 days. Finally, this wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
