Varieties: 90% Merlot and 10% Picapoll Red.
Estate wine: It is an exceptional wine concept that comes from an excellent “terroir” and a know-how of extraordinary and differentiated quality. The wines under this distinction must be made only with grapes from the estate that, thanks to their territory and microclimate, give them special qualitative characteristics. With a maximum allowed yield of 15% lower, established by the Designation of Origin. The winery that produces it must have a consolidated history of prestige and quality of more than 10 years.

Elaboration: Fermentation for 10 days at 22ºC with yeasts from the estate. Maceration of 15 to 30 days with two daily rises. No press used. Aged in new 500 liter French Allier oak barrels for twelve months. Subsequent aging in bottle in the cellar for a minimum of twelve months. Natural cork from the country.
Others: Suitable for vegans. Clarification with vegetable protein.
Service: Serve between 16-17ºC. It is recommended to decant before serving.
